ADMISSION REGULATIONS

to the Autonomous non-profit organization of higher professional education

“Interregional Open Social Institute” in 2013

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Regulations prescribe the procedure of admission of the Russian Federation citizens, foreign citizens (hereinafter referred to as citizens, persons, entrants, applicants) to the Autonomous non-profit organization of higher professional education “Interregional Open Social Institute” (hereinafter referred to as the IOSI, Institute) to follow main educational programs of higher professional education subject to the contracts with tuition fees being paid by legal entities and/or natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the contract with tuition fee payment). The Regulations are elaborated in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On education”, the Federal Law “On higher and post-graduate professional education”, the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation “On approving the Admission regulations of citizens to educational institutions of higher professional education”.

1.2. Admission to the Institute to the first year of Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs is carried out:

1.2.1. According to the Unified State Exam results (hereinafter referred to as the USE) on general education subjects corresponding to an applicable degree program;

1.2.2. According to the results of entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself for the following categories of citizens:

- citizens with secondary (complete) general education received before January 1, 2009 – while applying to full-time and extramural studies;

- citizens with secondary vocational education - while applying to the correspondent Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs;

- citizens with secondary (complete) general education received in foreign educational institutions.

If applicants, entitled to be admitted according to the results of entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself, submit the USE results on correspondent general education subjects, the Institute consider the USE results as the results of entrance examinations in such subjects.

1.2.3. According to the results of entrance examinations, mode and list of which is decided by the Institute itself, for the following categories of citizens:

- citizens with secondary vocational education - while applying to Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs equal to the correspondent higher professional education degree;

- citizens with higher professional education – while applying to Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs.

1.2.4. Admission of citizens with reduced capabilities (people with physical and (or) mental development problems, including deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, speech-impaired, people with locomotor disability and others) can be carried out according to both the USE results and the results of entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself (in the absence of the USE results), particularities of which are specified in the part VI of these Regulations.

1.2.5. The USE results, confirming successful passing of entrance examinations in general education subjects, included in the list of entrance examinations on every main educational program of higher education, correspond to the established by the Federal Education and Science Supervision Agency minimum number of points certifying good knowledge of general education program of secondary (complete) general education in accordance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard of secondary (complete) general education in the current year.

1.3. Admission to the Institute is carried out separately to Bachelor’s degree and Specialist’s degree programs. Terms of admission guarantee the observance of right to education and enrollment of those people who are capable and ready to master an educational program of the correspondent level and specialization.

1.4. Without entrance examinations the Institute admits:

- winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the All-Russian academic competition of pupils, members of the Russian Federation national teams participating in international academic competitions in general education subjects and formed in the order, defined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, on degree programs corresponding to the major of the All-Russian academic competition of pupils, international academic competition;

Winners and prize-winners of academic competitions of pupils are admitted to the Institute according to the Procedure for the conduct of academic competitions of pupils, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation as of October 22, 2007 No. 285, as revised in the orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation as of September 4, 2008 No. 255, as of March 20, 2009 No. 92, as of October 6, 2009 No. 371.

1.5. Out of competition, provided that they successfully passed the Institute entrance examinations, are admitted:

- orphaned children and children deprived of parental care, as well as people under 23 years old from among orphaned children and children deprived of parental care;

- disabled children, disabled persons of groups I and II without contraindications for education in corresponding educational institutions in accordance with an expert testimony of a federal medical and social assessment institution;

- citizens under 20 years old with only one parent - disabled person of group I;

- citizens who did military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other forces, military formations as military servants to be substituted by soldiers, sailors, sergeants, top sergeants and dismissed from service on the grounds prescribed by the article 51of the Federal Law as of March 28, 1998 No.53 “On Military Duty and Service”;

- military service members doing their service under contract (except officers), provided their uninterrupted service lasted for not less than 3 years;

- citizens o other categories prescribed by the Russian Law.

1.6. The following categories of applicants enjoy the right of priority to be admitted to the Institute:

- citizens dismissed from military service, children of military servants who died during the military service or as a result of trauma or disease received during the military service;

- children of military servants who died during the military service or as a result of trauma or disease received in counter-terrorist operations or other counter-terrorist activities. The list of people participating in counter-terrorist operations or other counter-terrorist activities is determined as pursuant to the federal laws;

- citizens o other categories prescribed by the Russian Law.

1.7. Admission to the second and further years of study is carried out by the Dean’s offices after curriculum verification and attestation.

 

2. ADMISSION OF CITIZENS

2.1. Admission of citizens on a competitive basis according to the USE results, as well as admission on the results of entrance examinations or certification tests and enrollment to the Institute is carried out by the Admission Board. The Chairman of the Admission Board is Rector.

2.2. The composition, competences and operating procedures of the Admission Board is defined by the provision on it, approved by the Rector of the Institute.

2.3. Work of the Admission Board and paper work, as well as personal reception of applicants and their parents (legal representatives) is organized by the responsible secretary who is appointed by the order of the Rector.

2.4. To organize and conduct entrance examinations while admitting to the second and further years of study, including transfers, an Examination Board is established by the order of the Rector.

2.5. For citizens with reduced capabilities and people specified in the subparagraphs 1.2.2. and 1.2.3. of these Regulations, the Chairman of the Admission Board approve the composition of examination and review boards.

2.6. While admitting students the Rector provides observance of the rights of citizens in the field of education, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, publicity and openness of the work of the Admission Board, objectivity of applicants’ abilities and dispositions assessment, availability of the Admission Board management at all stages of the admission procedure.

2.7. The Admission Board controls credibility of information about the USE results and has the right to verify other documents of education submitted by applicants.

The higher educational institution carries out transfer, processing and reporting of applicants’ data, received in connection with admission of citizens to the Institute, according to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal information without receiving consent from these persons on processing their personal information.

 

3. INFORMING APPLICANTS

3.1. In order to introduce an applicant and (or) his or her parents (legal representatives) to the work of the Institute, it posts on the official website www.mosi.ru the following official documents:

- Statute;

- License to conduct educational activities;

- State Accreditation Certificate on every degree program (specialization) giving the right to issue state-recognized documents of higher professional education;

- main educational programs of higher professional education, implemented by the Institute;

- other documents regulating educational process and work of the Admission Board.

3.2. Before the beginning of document reception the Admission Board of the Institute states the following:

3.2.1. Not later than February 1:

- annual admission regulations to the Institute;

- list of degree programs (specializations) admission to which is opened by the Institute in accordance with the license to conduct educational activities;

- list of entrance examinations in general education subjects on every degree program (specialization) in accordance with the List of entrance examinations to a higher educational institution approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation as of October 28, 2009 No. 505;

- list and forms of conducting entrance examinations for people with higher professional education;

- particularities of entrance examination conduct for people with reduced capabilities;

- information about the USE schedule prescribed by Federal Education and Science Supervision Agency to pass the USE for people without the USE results.;

- forms of conducting entrance examinations for people specified in the subparagraph 1.2.2. of these Regulations;

- list and forms of conducting entrance examinations for people with secondary vocational education to study on shortened Bachelor or Specialist’s degree program equal to the correspondent higher professional education degree;

- programs of entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself, and rules for their conduct.

3.2.2. Not later than June 1:

- total number of places for admission to the first year of studies on each degree program (specialization), including the contracts with tuition fee payment;

- privileges for winners and prize-winners of academic competitions of pupils of different level;

- rules for submission and proceeding of appeals on the results of additional entrance examinations, entrance examinations and certification tests;

- information about availability (absence) of dormitories and a number of available places for non-resident applicants;

- sample of the contract with tuition fee payment.

3.2.3. Not later than June 20:

- the USE results, confirming successful passing of entrance examinations in general education subjects, included in the list of entrance examinations on every main educational program of higher professional education;

- schedule of certification tests for people enrolling to the second and further years of study.

The Admission Board provides applicants, who have personally submitted application documents without the USE results, with the information about the place of registration for the USE in additional periods in the Mari El Republic.

3.3. The information specified in the subparagraphs 3.1. and 3.2. of these Regulations is posted on an information stand of the Admission Office and on the Institute official website.

During document reception the Admission Board of the Institute daily informs on a number of applications and competitions on each degree program (specialization), organizes functioning of special phone lines to answer applicants’ questions.

 

4. PROCEDURE OF APPLICATION DOCUMENTS RECEPTION

4.1. Document reception for applying to the first year of study begins not later than June 20.

Applicants without the USE results have to register before July 5 to pass the USE in accordance with the Regulations of the Unified State Exam conduct approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

Document reception for applying to the first year of Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs (except people enrolling to extramural mode of study) terminates:

- for people enrolling to the Institute according to the results of entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself (except people enrolling to extramural mode of study) – on July 10;

- for people enrolling to the Institute according to the USE results – on July 25.

4.2. Admission to the Institute to general educational programs of higher professional education is carried out on the basis of citizens’ personal applications.

4.3. Applicant to the first year of Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs is entitled to apply at the same time to three degree programs (specializations) corresponding to the main educational programs of the Institute.

4.4. While applying to the Institute an applicant submits at will either an original, or a copy of the document of identification, original or a notarized copy of the state-recognized document of education and 6 photos 3*4.

While applying to the first year an applicant submits an original or a notarized copy of the Certificate of the Unified State Exam results.

4.5. If originals of documents are submitted personally by applicants, their copies can be certified by the Institute.

People with special privileges for being admitted to higher educational institutions, set by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as people with reduced capabilities submit correspondent documents while applying.

4.6. To the first year of study applications are accepted from the people with a state-recognized document of secondary (complete) general education, secondary vocational education or higher professional education, as well as a state-recognized document of primary vocational education, if there is a note of an applicant’s obtaining of secondary (complete) general education.

4.7. To the further years of study applications are accepted via the Dean’s offices: this is for people with a state-recognized document of incomplete higher professional education, a standard academic transcript or a state-recognized document of higher professional education o different levels.

4.8. In his or her application an applicant states the fact of examination of the License to conduct educational activities and the State Accreditation Certificate and supplements to them on the chosen degree program (specialization) or the fact of an absence of such certificate which is certified with an applicant’s personal signature.

In the same order with an applicant’s personal signature there are stated the following things:

- data of the USE passing and their results or a place of the USE passing in additional periods of the USE conduct;

- obtaining a higher professional education of this level for the first time;

- confirmation of the fact of applying to no more than five higher educational institutions;

- awareness of the date of submitting originals of a document of education and the Certificate of the USE results;

- inspection of the Rules for submission of appeals while applying to the first year of study on the results of entrance examinations and certification tests;

- consent for proceeding his or her personal data in the order set by the Federal Law as of July 27, 2006 № 152 “On personal data” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2006 № 31 art. 3451).

4.9. Fee from applicants while applying is not charged.

4.10. If there are several USE results, validity of which has not reached its term, an applicant states in his or her application form which USE results and on which general education subjects are to be used.

4.11. In case of an applicant’s providing untrue data, the Institute returns all the documents to the applicant.

4.12. Application form for the first year of study, as well as required documents can be sent by an applicant via public postal service officers (hereinafter referred to as post).

Documents posted by an applicant are accepted by the Institute if they arrive not later than within the terms specified by the subparagraph 4.1. of these Regulations for termination of document acceptance.

While posting documents, an applicant enclose copies of documents of identification, notarized copies of state-recognized documents of education, Certificates of the USE results and other documents specified by these Regulations.

Applicants send documents via public postal service officers as a registered letter with return receipt and list of enclosures. Return receipt and list of enclosures are the grounds for confirmation of an applicant’s documents receipt.

4.13. The main form of control of the USE results is the direction to the federal data base of the USE participants and their results of a corresponding inquiry about an applicant’s participation in the USE, as well as confirmation of the true USE results stated by the applicant or indicated on the submitted Certificate of the USE results.

4.14. A personal data sheet is set up for every applicant, it contains all the submitted documents and materials of the passed entrance examinations, additional entrance examinations, certification tests (including an abstract of record of the Institute Review Board resolution).

4.15. Applicant, while submitting documents in person, is given a receipt of documents submission.

4.16. Applicants, submitted to the Institute Admission Board consciously forged documents, bear responsibility as provided for in the legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

5. ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS

5.1. List of entrance examinations to the Institute is approved by the Order of the Rector as of 26.01.2013 № 13/01/26 - 02 based on the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation as of October 28, 2009 No. 505.

5.2. The Institute sets three entrance examinations from the List of entrance examination. Therewith entrance examinations in the Russian language and majoring general education subject are obligatory.

All the entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself while admitting to the first year of study terminate not later than July 25 (except admission to extramural department).

5.3. Entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself are conducted in writing form and (or) in the form of electronic testing in the Testing Center of the Institute. The results of entrance examinations are evaluated according 100 rating scale.

5.4. Results of winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the All-Russian academic competition of pupils, members of the Russian national teams participating in international academic competitions in general education subjects in the order defined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation are accepted by the Institute as the highest results of entrance examinations ("100" points) in these general education subjects while admitting to degree programs (specializations) non-corresponding to a major of an academic competition.

5.5. During entrance examinations the Admission Board provides quiet and welcoming atmosphere giving applicants an opportunity to show the highest level of their knowledge and skills.

5.6.Schedule of entrance examinations (subject, date, time, examination group and place of examination and consultation, date of results announcement) is approved by the Chairman of the Admission Board or his deputy and is brought to the attention to applicants not later than June 20. Surnames of chairmen of examination boards and examiners are not specified in the schedule of entrance examinations

5.7. For applicants to places distributed according to general competition results with a right for out of competition admission to a certain degree program (specialization) to a certain year of study the Institute sets the same entrance examinations.

5.8. People, who have withdrawn documents after termination of document reception, leave the competition.

5.9. People, who have not come to entrance examinations for good reason (illness or other circumstances certified by documents), are allowed to take them in parallel groups on the next stage of additional entrance examinations or individually in the period before their complete termination.

5.10. While taking entrance examinations on each degree program (specialization) of higher professional education in different flows it is not allowed to take once more entrance examinations and additional entrance examinations.

5.11. While participating in the competition on the grounds of the USE results, an applicant is not allowed to take entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself.

 

6. FEATURES OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS FOR CITIZENS WITH REDUCED CAPABILITIES

6.1. Citizens with reduced capabilities in case of absence of the Certificate of the USE results take entrance examinations defined by the Institute in accordance with the List of entrance examinations and additional entrance examinations (if applicable) in a form stated by the Institute itself, taking into account special needs, individual capabilities and health state (hereinafter referred to as individual peculiarities) of these applicants.

6.2. Entrance examination in the Russian language can be held in forms of a composition, exposition, dictation and test.

6.3. As for entrance examinations, the Institute provides compliance with the following requirements:

- entrance examinations are held in a separate classroom, a number of applicants in one classroom will not exceed: while taking a written entrance examination – 12 people; while taking an oral entrance examination – 6 people. It is acceptable to have more applicants with reduced capabilities in a classroom while holding an entrance examination, as well as to hold entrance examinations for people with reduced capabilities in the same classroom with applicants without reduced capabilities, provided that this will not cause difficulties for applicants while taking entrance examinations;

- time limit of entrance examinations may be extended as regards holding the USE according to the corresponding subject;

- during entrance examinations there is present an assistant who renders applicants necessary technical assistance taking into account their individual peculiarities (to find a workstation, move, read and write a task, interact with a moderator);

- applicants are provided with a printed copy of policy and procedure for entrance examinations;

- applicants in recognition of their individual peculiarities can use needed technical devices while taking an entrance examination;

- material and technical conditions of the Institute provide applicants’ full access to classrooms,  toilet and other rooms, as well as their stay in the stated rooms (availability of wheelchair ramps, hand-rails, lifts, classroom on the ground floor).

 

7. GENERAL RULES FOR SUBMISSION AND PROCEEDING OF APPEALS

7.1. According to the results of entrance examinations an applicant has a right to submit to the Review Board a written application for appeal because of violation, in his opinion, of an established order for conducting an examination, and (or) disagreement with its (their) results (hereinafter referred to as the appeal).

7.2. Proceeding of an appeal is not considered as the retaking of an examination. During the appeal proceeding only the right evaluation of the results of the taken entrance examination is verified.

7.3. Appeal is submitted by an applicant in person on the day following the day of the results announcing. Therewith an applicant has a right to look through his or her examination work in the order established by the Institute. The Admission Board provides the receipt of appeals during working hours.

Proceeding of appeals is taken place during the whole day after the day of examination work investigating.

7.4. Applicant has a right to attend the proceeding of his or her appeal. The applicant must have his or her document of identification and examination sheet.

Together with an underage applicant (less than 18 years old) the proceeding can be attended by one parent or legal representative, except the case of underage applicants recognized as legally capable before attaining majority (Family Code of the Russian Federation (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1996, No. 1, art. 16).

After the appeal proceeding, the Admission Board pronounces its decision on the examination final mark.

7.5. If any disagreements, the Admission Board conducts the poll and the decision is reached by a majority vote. The decision of Admission Board recorded in the minutes is brought to the notice of the applicant (against signature).

 

8. ENROLLMENT TO THE INSTITUTE

8.1. Enrollment to the Institute is carried out after termination of entrance examinations not later than 10 days before the beginning of classes.

The Order on enrollment of people with a right to be admitted without entrance examinations is delivered five days after termination of document reception and posted on the official website of the Institute and the information stand of the Admission Office. Therewith people with a right to be admitted without entrance examinations have to submit originals of state-recognized documents of education within these five days after termination of document reception.

8.2. The procedure of enrollment of the applicants, who have successfully passed entrance examinations, is conducted on a step-by-step basis and includes:

- summarizing of entrance examinations and announcement of the list of applicants, who have successfully passed entrance examinations and whose enrollment can be considered by the Admission Board on several admission conditions, in the descending order according to a number of received points and a surname (hereinafter referred to as the name list);

- reception from the applicants, recommended for enrollment, originals of the documents specified in the subparagraph 7.6. of these Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the documents);

- conclusion of the contract providing educational services on a paying basis in the field of higher professional education and entrants’ payment of their studies;

- issuance of the order of enrollment.

8.2.1. Enrollment to the first year of the Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs is carried out within the following time period:

- July 30 - the announcement on the Institute official website and the information stand of the Admission Office of a full name list with separation of the list recommended for enrollment, as well as the terms for submitting originals of documents by the persons recommended for enrollment;

- August 4 – termination of document originals submitting by the people with a right to be admitted without entrance examinations, included in the list of those recommended for enrollment;

- August 5 – issuance of the order of enrollment from September 1 of people who have been recommended for enrollment and submitted originals of documents.

People, included in the list of those recommended for enrollment and who have not submitted originals of documents within the terms specified by these Regulations, leave the competition and are considered to have refused to be enrolled.

8.2.2. If there are vacant places, further enrollment is carried out from the people who in the name list come after those recommended for enrollment, until the number of vacancies are not fulfilled according to the following schedule:

- August 5 – the announcement on the Institute official website and the information stand of the Admission Office of a full name list with separation of the second list recommended for enrollment;

- August 9 – termination of document originals submitting by the people included in the second list of those recommended for enrollment;

- August 10 - issuance of the order of enrollment of the people included in the second list of those recommended for enrollment and who have submitted originals of documents.

8.3. Upon applicants’ written applications the originals of state-recognized documents of education, Certificates of the USE results and other documents submitted by applicants are returned by the Admission Board within one day following the day of application filing.

8.4. Applicants to the first year of the Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs within the terms specified in these Regulations have to submit to the Institute the following:

- while enrolling people for studies as a studentoriginals of the Certificate of the USE results (except those people who are admitted according to the results of entrance examinations carried out by the Institute itself) and the state-recognized document of education; for studies as a course participantnotarized copies of the state-recognized document of education and the Certificate of the USE results if being admitted according to the USE results and a certificate from the higher educational institution where he or she is a regular student.

Therewith an applicant who has sent his or her documents by post, while submitting originals of the state-recognized document of education and the Certificate of the USE results, submits the original of the document of identification which copy has been sent by post.

8.5. While applying to simultaneous studies on two general educational programs or specializations of higher professional education (in one or two higher educational institutions), the originals of the state-recognized document of education and the Certificate of the USE results are submitted at an applicant’s will to the educational program where he or she will follow studies as a regular student. While enrolling to another educational program as a course participant, the applicant submits copies of the state-recognized document of education, the Certificate of the USE results and a certificate from the higher educational institution where he or she is a regular student.

8.6. Course participants are enrolled to the places with contracts with tuition fee payment.

8.7.Order (orders) of enrollment to the places with contracts with tuition fee payment are published on the Institute official website and the information stand of the Admission Office.

Enrollment of people with a right to be admitted without entrance examinations is carried out by the Institute in the following order:

- people who have successfully passed entrance examinations and have a right to be admitted out of competition;

- people who have successfully passed entrance examinations taking into account admission privileges.

8.8. Enrollment for extramural studies on the Bachelor and Specialist’s degree programs, as well as for the second and further years of studies is carried out step-by-step within the terms specified in the subparagraph 8.2. of these Regulations.

 

9. ADMISSION OF FOREIGN CITIZENS

9.1. Admission to the Institute of foreign citizens is carried out to the places with tuition fee payment.

9.2. People with diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions while applying to the Institute submit the original of the foreign state document of education, its notarized translation to the Russian language, if the document is issued on a foreign language, and the certificate of recognition by the Federal Education and Science Supervision Agency (if applicable). The translation must be notarized by the Russian Notary or Embassy (Consulate) of the Russian Federation in the country of the education document issuance.

9.3. People graduated from foreign educational institutions take entrance examinations defined by the Institute itself.

 

10. ADMISSION TO THE MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAM

10.1. For the 2013-2014 academic year the ANPO HPE “Interregional Open Social Institute” declares admission to full-time and extramural modes of study on the Master’s degree programs majoring in the following:

230700.68 Applied Informatics (Master of Applied Informatics)

080200.68 Management (Master of Management)

030900.68 Jurisprudence (Master of Jurisprudence)

10.2. To the Master’s degree programs (for studies of the second level of higher professional education) upon personal applications the Institute admits people who have successfully completed studies on one of general educational programs and who have the state-recognized degree of Bachelor, Specialist or Master or diplomas issued by foreign state and duly recognized as equal.

10.3. Admission to the Master’s degree programs is carried out on a competitive basis.

10.4. Admission to the Master’s degree programs of the IOSI is carried out to the places with tuition fee payment.

10.5. Applicant to the Master’s degree program submits the document of identification and the following:

а) personal application letter addressed to the Rector about admission to the Master’s degree program specifying its major;

b) original or notarized copy of the document of higher professional education with a supplement;

c) 6 photos 3х4;

10.6. Enrollment is carried out not later than 10 days before the start of academic semester.

10.7. List, program and form of conducting entrance examinations on each Master’s degree program, as well as the system and criteria for applicants’ knowledge evaluation are set by the Academic Council of the Institute.

10.8. For people with Bachelor/Specialist’s degree majoring in other (non-correspondent) subjects, the Institute states an obligatory examination with requirements specified by the state educational standards to the level of knowledge of the Bachelor of this major. Correspondent (relative) degrees are specified by the state educational standards to this particular degree program.

10.9. Applicant to the Master’s degree program can be enrolled to study only on one Master’s program.

10.10. People, who have submitted notarized copies of documents of higher professional education, have to submit originals of the state-recognized diplomas of higher professional education before being enrolled to the Master’s degree programs. Originals of the documents of higher professional education (Bachelor or Specialist’s degree documents) are kept in personal data files during the while period of studies.  

10.11. Enrollment to the Master’s degree programs is carried out by the Order of the Rector specifying the major and name of the Master’s program.
